Purchase Orders

We proudly support schools, districts, tutoring organizations, and intervention programs with flexible ordering options and responsive support.

Submitting a Purchase Order

Purchase Orders are welcome and may be submitted in one of two ways:

1. Email your signed PO to: purchaseorders@eyewords.com
2. Upload your signed PO through our secure online form.

Please ensure your Purchase Order includes:

• An official purchase order with purchase order number
• Product names and quantities
• Shipping charges (see rates below)
• Email address for end user if purchasing digital resources
• Shipping and billing address
• Accounts Payable email address
•  An authorized signature

Once received, your order will be reviewed and invoiced within 1–2 business days.

Terms:

All purchase orders are net 30

Bulk Order Discounts

We offer special pricing for bulk orders of 20 or more printed sets to school districts and tutoring organizations.

Vendor & Tax Documentation

We are happy to assist with vendor registration and required documentation.
