Copyright Policy

EYEWORDS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("LICENSE")

By downloading, installing, or using Eyewords products ("Eyewords Products"), you agree to all terms in this License. These products—including all copies, reproductions, and derivative works—are owned by Eyewords Inc. ("Licensor") and are protected under U.S., Canadian, and international copyright laws and treaties. All rights not specifically granted in this License are reserved by the Licensor. Only authorized end users ("Permitted Users") may use Eyewords Products according to this Agreement. Unauthorized use, including access by non-Permitted Users, violates this License.

1. Limited Use License
Eyewords Products may be used by Permitted Users only. A “Permitted User” is an individual who has purchased one or more Eyewords Products. Licensor grants each Permitted User a limited, non-exclusive license to download, save, install, and utilize one copy plus one additional archival copy (“Archival Copy”) of the purchased Eyewords Products for the Permitted User’s personal use only. Users may not install Eyewords Products on additional computers or electronic devices, nor make copies of Eyewords Products for sharing with others, except for private homeschooling study or use in a single classroom. Copies of the Eyewords Product may not be provided to the parents of the Permitted User’s students.

2. No Duplication or Resale
You may create one archival copy of each Eyewords Product purchased solely for backup purposes if the original file is lost or damaged. Beyond this archival copy, you cannot duplicate, photocopy, reproduce, modify, translate, disassemble, distribute, derive, or edit any part of Eyewords Products. Removing copyright or other notices from the products is strictly forbidden.

3. No Sharing, Transfer, or Resale
Eyewords Products, including any copies, may not be sold, rented, leased, licensed, loaned, or transferred to any third party unless explicitly allowed by this License. Using part or all of any Eyewords Product for commercial purposes or in group educational settings beyond a private homeschool or single classroom requires prior written consent from the Licensor. Selling or reselling Eyewords Products—whether new, partially used, or previously owned—without Licensor's prior written consent is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Use of Eyewords Products is governed by this End User License Agreement, and any misuse may result in legal action or termination of your rights under this License.
