Rates

  • Online orders: Enjoy free shipping for orders over $100 within the USA and Canada. All other shipping rates are calculated based on total weight and package destination.
  • Purchase Orders: Purchase orders follow standard shipping rates, which you can find here HERE.

Tracking an Order: After placing an online order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress from Eyewords straight to your doorstep.

International Orders

  • All international orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or Purolator International.
  • Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
  • For international orders outside the USA and Canada:

o   Digital products can be purchased directly from the website.

o   To buy physical products, please fill out the International Quote Request Form HERE. Once completed:

1.     You will receive a quote including shipping costs.

2.    Upon approval, you’ll receive a secure payment link.

3.    Once payment is processed, your order will be shipped.

4.    You will receive a tracking number once the package is in transit.

Invoices and Sales Receipts

  • Please email info@eyewords.com to request a copy of your invoice or sales receipt.
  • Invoices are created for non-internet orders only. If you ordered online, you will automatically receive an email copy of your sales receipt. You can also log into your account at any time to print a copy.

Delivery Issues

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Eyewords carefully packages orders to ensure they arrive ready to use. If your package is damaged in transit:

·      Take a photo of the damaged package.

·      Contact us with your order number. We’ll gladly assist you!

What should I do if the tracking shows that the package is having delivery issues?

·      Please contact the shipping provider directly. Once they have possession of your order, they are best equipped to help you.

 

What should I do if I’ve provided an incorrect shipping address?

·        If a package is returned to Eyewords due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping fees to resend it. If the additional shipping fee is not paid, Eyewords will refund the order minus the original shipping cost.
